This window permits you to predict any point in
toxicity line.
By other words you can make interpolation or extrapolation for
any point on the log-dos probit line according to previously
known 2 points or one point & slope

dose and response of two points. Just fill out the requested data in input data frame, that will automatically calculate and appear slop value. Then if you want to predict any unknown point just define the dose then press button no. 2 to determine the response %. Or define response % then press button no. 3 to determine the dose. |
